GatherRelay keeps the paperwork that matters when someone needs care: powers of attorney, advance directives, insurance cards, medication and allergy lists, and emergency contacts. You decide who in the family sees each thing. Each person sees only what they need.

Who it is for

• An adult who wants their important papers in one safe place.
• The family members and helpers that person chooses to share with.
• Families who are tired of hunting for the right paper at the worst moment.

How privacy works, in plain words

• Nothing is shared until you share it. Joining a family circle does not show anyone your papers.
• You choose, person by person. You can let one helper read a paper and keep it from another.
• You can change your mind. You can stop sharing at any time. Copies someone already downloaded cannot be taken back.
• It checks it is really you. Signing in uses your phone, and seeing care papers needs a second check, such as Face ID, a fingerprint or an authenticator app.
• No ads, no tracking, no selling. GatherRelay does not show ads, does not use tracking tools and does not sell your information.

GatherRelay is not a medical service and has no emergency function. In an emergency, call 911.
